| When will I get my card? |
| You will find the Amazing Thailand Card at various distribution centres. Just pick one up, go online, and register for immediate use! If you have ordered an Amazing Thailand Card through our customer service centre please allow up to 14 days for your card to arrive. |
| What services are available to members? |
| Services range from discounts on accommodation, holiday packages with Thai Airways International, spa treatments, golf courses, shopping, airline tickets, car rental, medical centres & hospitals, award-winning restaurants and much more. | How much does the Amazing Thailand Card cost? |
| The card is free to receive. There is no annual membership fee. |
| How do I use the Amazing Thailand Card? |
| Simply choose the offers you would like to take advantage of from the booklet or online at www.tourismthailand.co.uk , make a booking directly with the service provider (subject to individual terms and conditions) and present a valid Amazing Thailand Card when you ask for the bill / are at payment stage. |

| Does the Amazing Thailand Card guarantee availability with the service providers? |
| No. This card does not offer priority booking. Individual service providers have restrictions on dates/times and these are clearly shown in the booklet and online alongside the providers’ offers. |
| How long is the Amazing Thailand Card valid for? |
| The card is valid from 01 November 2009 to 31 October 2010. See individual terms and conditions for date restrictions relating to various offers. |
| Can my friends and family use my Amazing Thailand Card? |
| Yes. The card benefits are not only restricted for the primary card holder. Guests and family member are allowed to use the card dependent on the service providers' policy. See individual terms and conditions in the booklet or online at www.tourismthailand.co.uk |
| How many offers can I try? |
| There is no limit on the number of times you can use your card within the year. We have 100's of offers listed in the booklet and online and we invite you to experience and enjoy as many of them as possible, as much as you like. So go on, treat yourself, and your friends! |

| New offers, news and other information will be updated online at www.tourismthailand.co.uk so check the website on a regular basis. When you register your card online to activate it you will automatically receive the Amazing Thailand Card E-newsletter with all the latest information and news too. |
| Will the service providers accept my Amazing Thailand Card? |
| Yes. The service providers have agreed, in order to be listed in the booklet and online, to honour the discounts and offers specified for the full period of validity of the card. The Tourism Authority of Thailand will conduct mystery shopping tests to ensure the providers are carrying out their promotions correctly. |
| Why do the service providers accept the Amazing Thailand Card? |
| The service providers are pleased to support the Tourism Authority of Thailand. They are also keen to reward friends of Thailand with excellent discounts and benefits. The card also helps to promote Thai Products and Services and increase business. Our overall aim is to promote Thailand as a value for money destination and encourage more people in the UK and Ireland to enjoy the best of Thailand both at home and whilst on holiday in the country. |

When you register online to activate your card you agree to the Tourism Authority of Thailand using your data for marketing purposes. You will automatically receive the monthly Travel Thailand Enewsletter. You also agree to TAT sharing your data with 3rd parties, the service providers of the Amazing Thailand Card. |
